Yes, all our tours include pick-up and drop-off at your hotel or any other address in Bucharest.
No. The entrance fees are not included in the tour price but are specified in the tour description so you can organize your budget. All entrances are paid on the spot unless otherwise specified in the tour description.
Yes, if you did not find any tour to match your requirements we will gladly create a personalized tour for you. Please send us an e-mail will your suggested itinerary and we will organize the tour and advise you the travel plan.
For tours involving an overnight the accommodation (yours and the driver/guide’s) cost will be added to the tour price. Entrance fees are not included.
We will confirm all the bookings by email. If you did not receive your tour confirmation via e-mail, please contact us and our travel consultants will be happy to help you.

If you wish to pay via credit/debit card, you can do so by paying through POS directly to the driver/guide, before the tour starts.
We accept payments in EURO or RON(Lei) with Visa and/or Mastercard. Please mention your payment preference when booking your tour.
You can pay either in Euro or in local currency (RON- LEI) to the driver/guide before the tour. In this case, please specify your request on remarks field or contact us via e-mail at [email protected] immediately after you receive your confirmation e-mail.
You can use your Paypal account to pay for our tours.
If you want to cancel your booking please contact us by e-mail or telephone. You will be asked to provide some details from your confirmation e-mail before canceling the service. Please note the cancellations policy mentioned in your confirmation e-mail.
If you cancel your booking with less than 3 working days before the departure(but no later than 24 hrs before departure), the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount paid. If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hrs before departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount paid.
