1. General
By booking a tour through our website, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full payment (or a deposit, if specified) must be made to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour: full refund.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-show: non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at booking.

4. Changes by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, traffic, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling your tour.

5. Traveler Responsibility

• Travelers must ensure they have valid travel documents, tickets, and insurance.
• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour.
• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times for safety reasons.

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

• We collect personal data (name, email, phone number, payment details) only for the purpose of processing your booking.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties except when required by law or necessary to deliver the service.
• You have the right to request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Timis County.
